Lights of the Northwoods collects food items to be shared among our 3 participating area food pantries. Feeding the hungry of the Northwoods is a way for the community to support one another.

Fun Facts
- Rhinelander Area Food Pantry serves over 1,850 people each month and over 900 households every year
- On average a household can save over $300-$400 a month shopping at Rhinelander Area Food Pantry.
- Rhinelander Area Food Pantry (RAFP) Hodag Kids Programs
- Weekend Food for Kids provided more than 8,000 bags of food to Rhinelander kids during the 2023-2024 school year.
- Hodag Snack Attack provides schools weekly with healthy snacks to have on hand to support students during the school day
- Hodag Food Wagon offers a weekly bag of food to children and youth during the summer. In 2023, a total of 1,440 food bags plus 500 produce bags were given out in July and August.
